Here at KiwiRail, we have a dedicated Digital Solutions team working hard to offer our customers easy, simple, efficient ways to build innovative connections with us.

Customers can create and manage their bookings on our rail freight and commercial vehicle Portals. You can find our Portal help guides here.

Customers delivering freight to a CT site can preadvise their containers on our Freight Web Preadvise for a faster check-in process.

If your TMS (Transport Management System) is capable of sending or receiving EDI's then you can connect to our rail freight TMS. Our rail freight booking endpoints (Create, Update, and Cancel) uses JSON. Our rail freight check-in endpoint uses SOAP XML.
