Weighbridge

Note: this is not a public weighbridge.

A weighbridge is available 24/7 at the entrance to the Southdown Container Terminal & Metroport Facility, 339 Neilson Street, Onehunga.

• The cost is $30+gst per weigh, activity is invoiced weekly, we do not accept other forms of payment
• Dockets are printed at the weighbridge kiosk and are also emailed to the customer
• It is a dual weighbridge, it weighs front & rear axles and the weight for each axle is displayed on the docket

Set up takes a minimum of 2 days if you have a KiwiRail Freight Payer code, if you do not have one then the process requires additional documentation and can take up to 3 weeks.
