You can use our Portals to manage your bookings with KiwiRail:

If you haven't had a Rail Freight Portal onboarding session yet, you can book one here.

During the Rail Freight onboarding session we'll teach you and your team how to use the portal dashboard, create bookings, edit bookings, cancel bookings, and manage your company account.
We'll also make sure your account is set up to your preferences and make sure all your sites have been loaded on your account.
