Interislander launches new online freight booking portal
Commercial vehicle customers can now book and manage their Interislander freight journeys through a new online portal designed to make booking simpler and provide clearer visibility of sailing capacity.
Developed using customer input, the new portalopen_in_new provides a faster, more responsive experience across desktop and mobile.
Customers can create, view, amend and cancel bookings from one page, see sailings and capacity more clearly, manage unconfirmed bookings and choose their communication preferences.
Getting started
From today, customers with an existing commercial vehicle Freight Portal login can access the new portal using their current email address and password. Existing access permissions will transfer automatically.
