Customer Portals

Customers can create and manage their bookings on our rail freight and commercial vehicle portals. 

Customers delivering freight to a container terminal site can pre advise their containers on our Freight Web Preadvice for a faster check-in process.

If your TMS (Transport Management System) is capable of sending or receiving EDI's (Electronic Data Interchange) then you can connect to our rail freight TMS.

Freight Bookings API Send automatic electronic messages to create, update and cancel bookings without manual processes. JSON

Refresh Token API Generate your own security tokens using refresh endpoint before KiwiRail-generated tokens expire. JSON, JWT web token
Container Gate In/Out XMLs Receive an automatic notification when your containers are gated into and out of our care. XML by email
